
Smart & Sustainable Energy and Environmental Planning for Townships
Our services at the township level weaves into the long-term master plan of a City, Township, or District, providing directions for the successful planning of sustainable land use and resource (energy, water, waste) management.
We provide location specific climate analysis so that land use planning can consider factors such as wind movement, sun’s path, pollution mitigation, ground pedestrian comfort, etc. These provide needed information on massing and, layout of buildings and town services.
A successful master plan relies greatly on the long-term efficient generation, utilization, and distribution of resources (energy and water), and waste management. We model consumption data, provide detailed breakdowns, and provide advisory services for renewable energy generation, central provision of resources (e.g. cooling), energy storage systems, waste to energy, etc. Carbon emissions data can also be determined, and reduced at the onset.
Using the LCCA approach, we provide insights into how alternative solutions compares against traditional ones from economic, environmental, and social impact points of consideration.
