ION Orchard is a 56-storey integrated development located directly above Orchard MRT station, comprising the ION Orchard mall, The Orchard Residences luxury condominium, and the underground retail link ION Orchard Link. Designed by Benoy and RSP Architects, it features architecture inspired by local heritage and integrates large-scale retail, dining, art, and public space experiences. The project has received the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence award and holds both BCA Green Mark Gold and LEED Gold certifications.

ION Orchard transcends the traditional shopping mall—it is a multi-dimensional ecosystem of luxury, design, culture, and connectivity. By integrating immersive public spaces, experiential retail, culinary excellence, and sustainability, it sets a global standard for forward-thinking mixed-use developments in urban centres.

ION Orchard stands proudly atop Orchard MRT station, serving both the North–South and Thomson–East Coast Lines. This 56-storey integrated development includes the ION Orchard mall, The Orchard Residences (a 56-storey luxury condominium), and a vital underground retail link—ION Orchard Link—connecting seamlessly to the Orchard Road shopping precinct.

Designed by Benoy and RSP Architects, ION Orchard features a striking glass-and-metal facade and a sweeping canopy inspired by the nutmeg orchards that once defined Orchard Road. The fluid, curvilinear “skin” enables a dynamic digital media frontage and forms the world’s largest sheltered public event plaza—ION Square—at 33,000 ft².

Housing nearly 300 international and local brands—including flagship duplexes and triplexes from Cartier, Dior, Jo Malone, Hermès, and Sephora—ION Orchard blends luxury with accessibility. A curated 8-level retail experience includes multi-sensory elements like the ION Art Gallery (5,300 ft²) and ION Sky observation deck on floors 55–56, offering panoramic city views.

With over 335 dining outlets, more than 21% of lettable space is devoted to food—which includes food hall Food Opera and upscale restaurants across levels 2–4. ION Sky also features fine dining at Salt Grill & Sky Bar, combining gastronomy with skyline allure.
